Plan
Record room by room what should happen: lighting, shutters, heating, security. RAMEPA makes suggestions, such as smoke detectors in bedrooms and children's rooms.
Order materials
Wishes and chosen manufacturers turn into the parts list – sorted by manufacturer, channels in the distribution board combined into whole actuators, as a table to pass on.
Set up
Home Assistant connects with a one-time code. Floors and rooms from the plan are compared and created on request – nothing in Home Assistant is ever deleted.
Hand over
A handover package records the state. The homeowner gets their own view and decides what their installer may do remotely.

The work only really starts after commissioning. RAMEPA takes care of the part that repeats itself.

Updates with a backup first: One click installs an update – only after a successful backup.
Encrypted backups: Copies are stored encrypted with the installer. Only the homeowner has the key.
Restore test: RAMEPA checks that the latest backup can really be read – before you need it.
Alerts when something breaks: Offline, storage almost full, battery low, integration failing: the traffic light shows it, your phone reports it.
Device catalogue: Manufacturers and products for planning, noting whether something works without internet.
Log: Who did what and when? Traceable for installer and homeowner.
Permissions in the customer's hands: Updates, rooms from planning, restore test: each one separately, time-limited and revocable at any time.
Four languages: German, English, French and Dutch – for you and for your customers.

What RAMEPA sees and does is clearly limited.

Home Assistant stays Home Assistant: A small agent reports to the server. No custom firmware, no rebuild.
Operational data only: Versions, storage, names of rooms and devices – no states, no cameras, no history.
Server in Germany: Operation and backups in Germany, sign-in always with a second factor.
Nothing gets deleted: RAMEPA creates and renames in Home Assistant, but never deletes floors or rooms.
